Shared folder is a network storage space, you can set up a number of Shared folder to store different types of data, or provide to different users or user groups to access files,
1. Login iron horse TOS system, input the correct password;

2. The TOS desktop - control panel - access to a Shared folder;

3. The Shared folder - click on the create;

4. Enter a folder name, description, select the storage location, click next (you can also be hidden to the user has no right to access this folder, to prevent users from accidentally delete);

5. You can choose whether to encrypt the Shared folder, whether to enable the recycle bin, click next.

6. Set the permissions, click next.

7. Such as unlimited, directly confirm that information to create, if according to the users/user groups need to set the permissions, confirm the information to create;

8. Create a complete,
