Pc very slow after BSOD

Time:02-06

I experienced BSOD about a month ago. It happen after I trying to start my pc back from sleep. After that BSOD, all my games suddenly fps dropping like about half of usual fps(ex. 80 fps become 40 fps) and my browser keep crashing and freezing. That makes me can't code at all(because I'm a front and backend dev). Anyone got idea what is going on ?

CodePudding user response:

Get bluescreenview by nirsoft to check what the BSOD was caused by. Get some basic monitoring software, like HWMonitor and get CPU-Z run a benchmark check if your score is comparable to their base line for your CPU. Monitor HWMonitor make sure your core temps dont go over 80C otherwise you have an overheating issue.

Do a ram test with memtest86 to make sure RAM is stable.

CodePudding user response:

you scan it you pc for some possible errors? or trying to fix the windows season? the low fps has to be with the GPU or CPU, check you PC Temps. maybe the hardware has so many dust... get some maintenance to the hardware. maybe its possible some pin has melted or burned.

any the case. 1st do a scan of all you hardware
