Is there a way to reset a character all the joints rotation to 0.0.0, and maintain all joints in offset not moving around?Reset all joint to 0 and maintain offset.

I suspect you want a similar command to "Apply Position and Rotation" as Blender or other modeling software provides. Sort of like resetting the origin of all the bones. So I suggest you just do that in your modeling software of choice. Or what do you want to achieve?
